Company Overview

Whiteberry is a home and lifestyle brand specializing in high-quality, ergonomically designed mattresses tailored for Indian households. With a range spanning from orthopedic to latex-based mattresses, the brand blends comfort, durability, and modern design to ensure restful sleep for every customer. As the brand transitioned to marketplaces, it aimed to establish its identity in a competitive category by focusing on quality storytelling and customer trust.

Initial Challenges

Limited visibility in a crowded mattress category dominated by legacy brands.

Lack of optimized product listings for marketplace SEO.

No influencer presence to create authentic social proof.

Low organic traction, requiring performance-driven content and strategic outreach.

Strategy and Implementation

To overcome these challenges, we implemented a two-pronged approach:

1- Influencer Collaboration Strategy to build trust and humanize the product benefits.

2- Listing Optimization Strategy to improve ranking and conversions on Amazon and Flipkart organically.

We partnered with two lifestyle influencers who focused on wellness and home improvement to create engaging video content around Whiteberry’s mattress range.

  • The content highlighted mattress features such as:
  • Back support and spinal alignment (Orthopedic)
  • Cooling and breathable fabrics (Latexo)
  • Motion isolation and plush comfort (Signature)

    Listing Content Optimization

We revamped the content for all major product listings:

  • Added SEO-friendly titles targeting keywords like “orthopedic mattress,” “latex mattress,” and “best mattress for back pain.”
  • Created feature-rich bullet points with focus on material, benefits, and warranty.
  • Uploaded high-resolution product images with lifestyle shots.
  • Enhanced product descriptions with USP, certifications, and technical specs.
  • Standardized product information across both Amazon & Flipkart.

 

Results

Organic Sales Growth

  • Flipkart: ₹1.5 Lakhs/month in organic mattress sales
  • Amazon: ₹1.5 Lakhs/month in organic mattress sales

With zero paid ads, the organic performance was driven purely through authentic influencer buzz and search-optimized product content. This uplifted Whiteberry’s visibility in the mattress category and built brand equity on competitive platforms.
